Stipules much smaller than the leaves (“leaves” of different sizes). Stems prostrate, weak, from a primary root and sometimes with a few nodal roots. Leaves linear-elliptic, up to 5 mm long; stipules c. 3 mm long. Peduncles conspicuous; pedicels up to 5 mm long. Fruit rugose or ribbed. Widespread. DSF and WSF. Fl. spring–summer Galium binifolium
